Water coming in right now?

Ring us. We keep a van free for emergencies and can usually make a roof watertight the same day.

  1. Put a bucket under the drip and move anything that can be damaged.
  2. If the ceiling is bulging, make a small hole at the lowest point so the water drains into the bucket.
  3. Stay off the roof. Call us and we will come out, cover it, and price the proper repair.

You can't see your own roof. So we show you.

Most people have to take a roofer's word for it. We don't ask you to.

  1. We look, with a camera

A free survey from a ladder or a pole camera. You get the photos the same day.

  2. You get a fixed price

A written quote that lists the work and the materials. No deposit for repairs.

  3. We do the work

Our own roofers, not subcontractors. Scaffold up, job done, site swept and skips gone.

  4. You get proof

After photos, a written guarantee, and building control sign-off on full re-roofs.

Before and after.

Drag the handle to compare. This one was a slate roof that had been patched for years.

After: the same roof with new slates in straight courses, new ridge tiles and new guttering. Before: an old slate roof with slipped and missing slates, moss, and weeds growing in the gutter. BeforeAfter

Questions we get asked

Do you charge for coming out to look?

No. Surveys and quotes are free. Emergency call-outs to make a roof safe have a fixed charge, which comes off the bill if we do the repair.

Will I need scaffolding?

For most repairs above the gutter, yes. It is the safe way to work and it is included in the quote, so there is nothing extra to arrange.

Can you work with my insurer?

Yes. We give you dated photos and a written report in the format insurers ask for.

Do I need planning permission for a new roof?

Usually not, but a full re-roof needs building regulations approval. We handle that and you receive the certificate.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or card when the job is finished and you have seen the after photos. Larger re-roofs are paid in agreed stages.

Tell us what's wrong with the roof.

We ring back within one working day to arrange a free survey. For a leak, phone instead.
