What is included in a regular clean?
Your plan uses an agreed checklist for the rooms or workspace zones chosen. Add-ons such as oven, fridge and internal windows are scoped separately.
Can I start with a deep clean?
Yes, many regular plans start with a first reset clean before moving to weekly, fortnightly or monthly maintenance.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Product and equipment preferences are discussed before the quote is confirmed, including any surfaces, pets or workplace requirements.
Do you clean offices and managed communal areas?
The commercial route covers small offices, studios, shops, shared spaces and managed communal areas with visit notes where useful.
How do access arrangements work?
Meet-at-property, key-safe, lockbox or other access preferences can be discussed before anything is scheduled.
Can I change, skip or pause a visit?
Recurring plans should be easy to adjust; changes are discussed before the next agreed visit.
