Natural stone

Characterful material needing the right prep and sealing advice.

Detail, curves, niches and feature zones with careful alignment.

What to decide before a quote

  • Room type, wall/floor area and approximate dimensions.
  • Tile size, material and whether tiles are already supplied.
  • Substrate condition after old tiles or coverings are removed.
  • Wet area details, tanking needs, trims and grout colour.
  • Photos of corners, floors, sockets, niches, drains and transitions.

Wetroom and tanking basics

Waterproofing and falls should be planned before the tile layout. Tile choice alone does not make a wet area safe; the build-up behind the finish matters.
