What to decide before a quote
- Room type, wall/floor area and approximate dimensions.
- Tile size, material and whether tiles are already supplied.
- Substrate condition after old tiles or coverings are removed.
- Wet area details, tanking needs, trims and grout colour.
- Photos of corners, floors, sockets, niches, drains and transitions.
