How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homes choose 4, 6 or 8 weekly rounds. Commercial glass can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.
What happens if it rains after a clean?
If rain leaves obvious marks shortly after a visit, let us know so a satisfaction follow-up can be arranged.
Do I need to be home?
Usually no. Access notes for gates, pets and side paths can be added before the round is confirmed.
Are frames and sills included?
For regular domestic exterior cleans, glass, frames, sills and doors are included.
Can you clean above ground floor?
The pure-water reach-and-wash approach is designed for many upper windows from ground level where access is suitable.
