Why annual instead of monthly?
Two reasons. One: it's cleaner — you know exactly what the year costs, no recurring direct debits to track. Two: it works out cheaper. £699/year is £58.25/month — well under our £69/month rate.
Monthly is available if it suits your cashflow better. Annual is the default.
Is there really no setup fee?
Correct. The package price is the whole price for the package as listed. No build fee, no setup fee, no "onboarding" charge. The reason: the demo gallery does most of the design work upfront, so the per-client cost is much lower than a custom build from scratch.
What happens at renewal?
Around 30 days before your year is up, we'll email asking if you want to renew. If yes, the year continues — same price unless we've told you otherwise well in advance. If no, we hand over your site files and you keep your domain.
What counts as a "small edit"?
Phone numbers, opening times, prices, paragraph rewrites, swapping a photo, adding a service to a list, fixing a typo. If it takes us under 30 minutes, it's small.
Adding whole new pages, restructuring the site, or full copy rewrites are bigger and quoted separately.
Can you bill my limited company?
Yes. Invoice issued in your company name, with VAT details where relevant. Payable by bank transfer or card.
What if I want out before the year is up?
The annual fee isn't refunded mid-term — that's how we cover the upfront build cost. But you can cancel renewal at any time, and at the end of the year we hand over your site files. Your domain is yours all the way through.
